• All Vehicle Equipment Checklists will be completed in their entirety, legibly signed, dated and kept on file in the station for a minimum of thirty days.
• Equipment missing, replaced or removed for maintenance will be recorded in the Vehicle Log Book to provide a consistent history. All information recorded in the Vehicle Log Books will be legibly signed and dated.
